Wahthehire, henceforth referred to as "the Service," is provided by Wahthehire, and by accessing and/or using the Wahthehire website or service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions without modification, conditions, or notices.
Wahthehire offers various subscription plans and a free trial program. The free trial program may transition to a paid subscription in the future, and users agree to either pay the applicable fees or discontinue using Wahthehire. Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual pre-paid, non-refundable contracts. All contracts will automatically renew using the payment method on file unless the client changes or discontinues the service. Wahthehire reserves the right to change its fee structure and/or provide upgrades to the service with notice.
To register for the Service, users must provide current, complete, and accurate information as required. Users are solely responsible for all activities that occur under their account and must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. Users agree to immediately notify Wahthehire of any unauthorized use of their account or any security breaches.
Users agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Wahthehire, its contractors, licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents against any third-party claims arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to violations of this agreement.
Users allowing third-party access to the Service through their account must ensure compliance with these terms. All provisions in this agreement, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability, apply to third parties.
The Wahthehire Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Wahthehire disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Wahthehire does not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted access to the Service.
Wahthehire will not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, even if Wahthehire has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Wahthehire's total liability shall not exceed $1.

Wahthehire does not guarantee uninterrupted operability of the Service, including during downtime caused by factors beyond its control.
The Service and all intellectual property rights belong to Wahthehire. Users may not reverse engineer, modify, or make the Service available for external services without Wahthehire's consent.
Wahthehire may terminate the Service at any time and for any reason without notice. Users may terminate the agreement by ceasing to use the Service. Certain provisions, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability, shall remain in effect post-termination.
Wahthehire reserves the right to modify these terms at its sole discretion. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the terms, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
This agreement represents the entire understanding between users and Wahthehire and supersedes all prior agreements. It is governed by the laws of Bangalore, India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India. Users may not assign or transfer their rights without Wahthehire's consent.
